Terms & Conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using www.prairiebloommedia.com (the "Website") or purchasing services with Prairie Bloom Media, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Payments:

Payment for services is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us before completing your transaction.

Recurring services are billed automatically, and users may cancel with a written 30-day notice.

Performance-Based Disclaimer:
Our "performance-based" ad management offer is only available to a select number of qualified clients. To qualify, you must have a fully optimized funnel, have previously run Meta ads with a minimum of 50 conversions, and show consistent proof of offer performance. Ivy Edge Marketing reserves the right to determine eligibility. Most clients will start on a standard retainer-based model, with the possibility of transitioning into performance-based pricing once metrics support it. In the performance model, our fee is 15% of verified sales attributed directly to Meta™ ads or a minimum of $3,000 per month, whichever is greater. Clients who do not meet the criteria will be offered our standard paid ad management services at a flat or retainer rate.

3. Intellectual Property:

Unless otherwise stated, Prairie Bloom Media and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material owned by Prairie Bloom Media.

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view and/or print pages from www.prairiebloommedia.com for your own personal use,

subject to restrictions set in these Terms & Conditions.

You must not:

- Republish material from Prairie Bloom Media.

- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Prairie Bloom Media.

- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Prairie Bloom Media.

- Redistribute content from Prairie Bloom Media (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).

4. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Prairie Bloom Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Prairie Bloom Media harmless from claims, damages, and legal fees arising from your use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kansas. By using this Website and our services, you agree to resolve any disputes directly with us.

Program Description:

Users who opt into our SMS program will receive marketing messages, promotions, and service-related reminders/notifications.

Opt-Out Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.

Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Rejoining Instructions:

If you have opted out and wish to rejoin, you may opt in again through our Website or by following the original sign-up process.
