1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using www.prairiebloommedia.com (the “Website”), booking a service, or purchasing a product from Prairie Bloom Media, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All digital services—including strategy sessions, Messenger Bot Setup, and ad management—are

non-refundable.

Recurring services, such as monthly bot support or retainer-based marketing services, are billed automatically through Stripe and require

written notice 30 days in advance to cancel.

2A. Messenger Bot Setup Services:

Messenger Bot services are designed exclusively for Meta™ platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

By booking, you confirm that:

You have admin-level access to a Facebook Page and/or Instagram Business Account

You are prepared to use ManyChat or grant access to an existing account

Guided Setup ($97):

Includes one 45-minute Zoom call.

Covers setup of up to 3 automated flows (total).

Additional flows or extended sessions may require a custom quote

Done-For-You Setup ($167):

Full bot account setup (ManyChat/Facebook/Instagram connection)

1 welcome or intro flow (main CTA or offer)

2 additional flows (ex: lead magnet delivery, comment automation, DM reply flow)

Connection of quick replies or keywords

Final text/review Zoom (20-30 min)

Missed or no-show appointments will not be refunded.

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content, templates, copy, graphics, and designs created by Prairie Bloom Media remain the intellectual property of Prairie Bloom Media.

You may not:

Republish, resell, or redistribute our work without express permission

Use our materials to create derivative or competing products/services

4. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” with no guarantee of results. Prairie Bloom Media is not liable for:

Platform downtime or algorithm changes, account restrictions, technical issues outside our control.

We disclaim all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Indemnification

You agree to hold Prairie Bloom Media harmless from any legal claims, platform violations, or damages arising from misuse of our services, failure to implement securely, or client-side actions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service or access to our materials for violation of these terms or unethical conduct.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of

Kansas, USA. Any disputes must be handled directly with Prairie Bloom Media through written communication and good-faith resolution.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of changes.
